For the 22 of September:
- Identify the dataset you would like to use
- Prepare a short description of the dataset
- Define your knowledge goal(s) in natural language
The dataset must be described at least by specifying: For what purpose the data was collected Who collected it Who funded data collection (or who put time in creating it) When it was collected Through which means (methodology) If there are categories, how they were defined If there are values, which units were used If there are indexes, how they are composed or calculated
