Basic Process
- Define the task you want to test.
- Ask users to complete the task.
- Observe where they hesitate, fail, or misunderstand.
- Ask follow-up questions.
- Turn findings into design improvements.
Watch Out
Do not only ask users whether they like the design. Watch what they can actually do with it.
